The trajectory
As a healthcare professional, you are the cornerstone of healthcare. At Work Around the Globe, we understand how important it is to have qualified professionals in the healthcare industry. Therefore, we offer two pathways to meet your needs.
Our first course focuses on recruitment and selection. If you have at least one year of salaried work experience at hospitals, clinics, nursing homes or practices, we are looking for you! We carefully select the best candidates to place with our clients, and our extensive network enables us to find suitable jobs for you quickly and efficiently.
Our second route focuses on secondment, offering temporary assignments starting at one month. Whether you’re looking for an extra challenge or flexible work opportunities, we can help you find the right solution.

How do we do it?
Our eight-step plan offers a structured and effective approach to finding your dream job abroad. We’ve already helped many healthcare professionals like you realize their dream of working abroad through these eight steps.
1. Application
Sign up can be done through the website, email, social media and by phone. Within 24 hours you will receive a response.
5. Introductory Week
You will be invited to several job interviews and/or ride-along days.
2. Inventory interview
In this conversation, we will look at what you are looking for, your specializations and experience, and your wishes regarding location.
6. Match
Clarity as to whether there is a match between you and your employer!
3. Portfolio construction
We record your motivation, competencies, skills and ambitions in a portfolio.
7. After-service
For any questions you still have regarding registration with the municipality, housing, insurance, bank account, etc.
4. Language course
If you do not yet speak the language of the work location well enough, you will receive a language course worth €300 as a gift.
8. Enjoy & learn
Enjoy your new job and your new living environment. No one will take this adventure away from you!
